The space

We have a Zero-Tolerance Party Policy. Any gathering of over 10 people will be considered a party. We have occupancy sensors in the house to indicate the volume of people. When this is triggered we will send you a message asking you to make sure there are no more than 10 total people in the house. If there continue to be over 10 people in the house we will ask you to leave without a refund for not abiding by our house policy. This is strictly enforced. We appreciate your cooperation.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Other things to note

There is a carwash across the street which is a little loud, but can't be heard from the inside. It becomes white noise after awhile and doesn't run past 6pm.
