Welcome to your home away from home! Our Philly Tree House is located in the great neighborhood of Cooper Young and nestled among historical homes from the turn of the century.
The expansive porch with swing is a perfect place to put your feet up, relax and people watch. You will enter the front of the home through the front door on the porch into an open foyer/living room.
Our 10'ceilings and original, resurfaced, wood floors throughout provide an openness and natural, bright and airy feeling. There is plenty of comfortable seating and a large screen, smart TV for your entertainment.
A beautiful, sparkling, clean full bath including toiletries and towels with marbled shower and gorgeous chandelier is off the main hallway.
Across from the full bath is the first of 3 bedrooms with a queen bed, luxury, 100% cotton sheets, closet and dresser to make yourself at home.
The dining table accommodates 6 guests and there is a beverage cart for making cocktails. The dining room is open to the kitchen where there is a fully stocked working kitchen. There is a chef's dream gas range for home cooking with cookware and goods needed to prepare gourmet meals. Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal round out the kitchen.
Just off the dining room is second bedroom with a trundle bed. The lower single can be pulled out and used as a stand alone bed or combined to make one large bed. There is a dresser in this room as well.
Walking through the second bedroom, one enters the lovely master with a queen bed and 100% Italian, cotton sheets. There is a spacious closet and a connecting, whimsically, decorated master bath with tub/shower combination complete with toiletries and towels.
A cozy cafe/work room completes the home. Here, a Keurig with coffee is provided on a bistro table perfect to catch up on work or study.
Lastly, there is a frontload washer and dryer available for your use.
